Making live entertainment accessible to all is important to us at Camp & Furnace and we hope that the following guide will assist you in advance of your visit. We are continually working to upgrade our facilities and ensure equal access for those who may have additional requirements. We also provide a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket for those customers who may be unable to attend an event on their own due to medical or accessible requirements. Feedback is always welcome and we encourage you to get in touch with any comments or suggestions for improvements you have.

Venue Information
Our venue consists of 2 main event spaces: Camp and Furnace. We are a warehouse style venue with flat concrete floors throughout and both rooms are one level with no balconies or mezzanine levels.
Main Entrance & Lobby
There is level access from street level to our Lobby and both rooms via separate entrances.
There is an accessible toilet located within a corridor off the Lobby, next to our main toilets, with a coded door (available from any member of staff on arrival). There is a steward positioned in the Lobby and should assistance be required, the steward will have direct radio contact with our medical team or first aiders.
Camp:
There is flat level access from street level into the main entrance of Camp. Bars, merchandise stalls and any event activities are on one level with flat access throughout.
There is an accessible toilet within Camp, also with level floor access, and a coded door. (available from any member of staff).
Unfortunately, Camp does not have wheelchair access to the Lobby, with 2 steps leading down to this area. For wheelchair users, Lobby can be accessed by exiting the main doors of Camp and reentering through the Lobby entrance (there is a distance of approx. 20m between these doors)
Events which are usually held in Camp include bingo, quiz nights and sports screenings.
Furnace
Entrance to Furnace is via the Lobby, which has flat access from street level and through to the venue. Bars, merchandise stalls and any event activities are on one level with flat access throughout.
There are ladies and gents toilets within Furnace, with the gents being at ground level and the ladies at first floor level, with 18 stairs to access. There is flat access to the dedicated accessible toilet located off Lobby.
Most of our live music events are held in Furnace.
If you require more information or details on which room an event is being held in, please get in touch.
